By accessing or using the services provided by FlexiSub Technologies ("FlexiSub", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FlexiSub Technologies provides a platform for digital utility payments, including but not limited to airtime top-up, data bundles, electricity bills, and cable TV subscriptions. We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments made through our platform are final. Since we provide digital fulfillment services that are consumed immediately upon purchase (e.g., airtime or data), we do not typically offer refunds unless there is a confirmed technical failure on our platform that prevented service delivery.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with the proper working of the service.
• Share account access with unauthorized third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

FlexiSub Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
