Account Deletion Request
At FlexiSub Technologies, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and associated personal information, please follow the instructions below.
Important Notice
Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once completed:
- Your transaction history will be purged.
- Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited.
- Your profile and login credentials will be permanently removed.
- This action cannot be undone.
How to Request Deletion
To ensure the security of our users, we require account deletion requests to be verified. You can initiate the process through either of the following methods:
Option 1: Via Mobile App
1. Log in to your FlexiSub App.
2. Go to Profile > Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm with your PIN or Biometrics.
Option 2: Via Email
Send an email from your registered email address to flexisubtech@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your full name and phone number for verification.
Data Retention Policy
Upon receiving a deletion request, your account will be deactivated immediately. Complete data removal from our primary databases occurs within 30 days. However, please note that some information (such as record of financial transactions) may be retained for longer periods to comply with legal, regulatory, or tax obligations in accordance with Nigerian financial laws.
